- We recommend returning the product in the same shipping carton that you received it in.
- Returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase.
- The product cost will be refunded or exchanged for another product of equal value, whichever you prefer.
- The refund will be based on the product cost, not including the original delivery cost. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and cost.
- We reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy but would only do so in rare circumstances.
- Please use a traceable service such as offered by UPS or USPS for returns.
