Lisa grew up in the beautiful county of Hertfordshire, north of London. She stayed in the area to study Hair & Beauty Therapy at Hertford College.  Lisa’s skill and passion in this field lead to teaching and treatment design roles for twelve years with Decleor & Carita UK.  Lisa is married with three young boys, is a keen amateur photographer, enjoys dining out, and taking day trips to the countryside with her family.

Being a small, nimble, but highly experienced team enables us to innovate in ways that large multi-national companies cannot. We launced Boudica because we were dismayed by many of the ingredients contained in most hair products and their less than acceptable hair results . Instead, we replaced these chemicals with natural ingredients such as organic aromatherapy oils, apple stem cells, red rasberry leaf and rosemary extract.
